H2H Challenge Made With Love



The Heart 2 Heart Challenge this week is to use a heart in your project since today is Valentine's Day. I made these heart shaped chocolate lollipops for Valentine's Day. I used chocolate, white chocolate and crushed up candy canes. I made these tags using the new Sweetheart paper. Have a great Valentine's Day with the ones you love.

    Yummmmy! What a great idea to use up those left over candy canes from Christmas! LOL! The tags add the perfect touch to your handmade gift. I'll bet they were a big hit! Thanks for sharing them with us at H2H! *Ü*
