Heart 2 Heart Sponsor

I am one of the sponsors this month for Heart 2 Heart. Being a sponsor means that I could be a Guest Design Team member for one of the challenges. I chose this weeks color challenge because I really like the color combo of Gypsy, Creme Brulee with a touch of Black. The Kissing Challenge

Heart 2 Heart had a challenge to use the Kissing Method. It is a little hard to see but I used the Solo H and stamped it with a background stamp on Outdoor Denim. Then I cut out the H. I used the new paper Lucky and random stamped on Desert Sand cardstock. The felt arrow is not CTMH. I made this card for my husband's 33rd birthday next month.

Claudia and Company- Recipe Challenge

Claudia and Company had a recipe challenge this week. The recipe is 1 tag, 2 buttons, ribbon and a sticker. I made a tag using my cricut and added two pieces of ribbon. The buttons are tied with brown sugar bakers twine and the first B in the word baby is a sticker. I think this is my last baby card for awhile. H2H and MOJO #179

At Heart 2 Heart this week the challenge is to make something that references cold. This time of year when I think of cold I think of a nice warm cup of hot cocoa, tea or coffee. I made this card using the new Bliss paper and the sorbet paper is from Perfect Day. The stamps are A Sip and Warm Memories. For this card I used the MOJO Monday sketch for this week. Baby Girl Card

I made this card using a sketch from www.iheart2stamp.com My mom needed a baby girl card and wanted me to use this cute little octopus stamp from Imaginisce. I also used a new paper pack from CTMH called Sophia. Thanks for stopping by and have a great Monday.

Card Patterns and Claudia

I made this baby boy card for two different challenges this week. I used the sketch at Card Patterns. And the challenge at Claudia and Company is to make a boy card. My friend Jodi just had a brand new baby boy and this is for her and her family. Congrats Brown Family.

First off I must apologize for the very poor quality of these pictures. Make sure you click them to make them bigger. I think I need to borrow the book Photography for Dummies from my friend. I have never scrapbooked any of my wedding pictures and our 9th wedding anniversary is in April. That doesn't seem like a long time but wow we definately look younger. Valentine's Day Dinner

Last night we had heart shaped pancakes for dinner with strawberries and bacon. Not fancy but we had a fancy dinner Sunday night with my brother and his girlfriend. We had a great day but we missed Daddy.

H2H Challenge Made With Love

The Heart 2 Heart Challenge this week is to use a heart in your project since today is Valentine's Day. I made these heart shaped chocolate lollipops for Valentine's Day. I used chocolate, white chocolate and crushed up candy canes. I made these tags using the new Sweetheart paper. Have a great Valentine's Day with the ones you love.

We will miss you

I know it is time for you to do your job, but it doesn't mean that we won't miss you everyday while you are gone. And even though this is our fourth deployment together saying goodbye to you never gets easier. I will miss the time we spend as a family doing simple things like eatting dinner together every night and watching TV together with a big bowl of popcorn.
